The Bombers beat the Auburn Cascades last night by a score of 8-2. They were lead by a suburb pitching performance by Justin Gonzalez. Be sure to catch the Bombers final home game, and season finally, this Sunday at 10am @ Crandall Field (Olympia HS). See you at the yard!
The Bombers limped to a 4-3 victory in the second game of the double header vs. the Bad Boys. We were lead by the pitching of newcomer Theodore Carter, and a timely Sacrifice fly by Lindy Schiedt to drive in the go ahead run in the 5th inning. The Bombers are back in action on Wednesday when they host the Auburn Cascades at 6pm at Crandall Field (Olympia HS). See you at the yard.
The Bombers beat the Oakland (Tacoma) Bad Boys 12-4 in game one of a double header. The Bad Boys were kept at bay by the excellent pitching of Dan Booze. Hurry to Bellarmine Prep HS and catch game 2, beginning at 1pm. See you at the yard!
The Bombers lost last night to the league leading Puyallup Cortizone, by a score of 2-1. Despite the good pitching of Justin Gonzalez, the Bombers were unable to put together a big inning with the bats.
The Bombers are back in action on Sunday when they will be facing the Oakland (Tacoma) Bad Boys in a double header. The game is at Bellarmine Prep with game 1 starting at 10am. See you at the yard!
The Bombers lost a tough one today by a score of 5-3 to the visiting Puyallup Cortizone. Despite a superb pitching performance by Dan Booze ( 8 innings, 2 ER, 3 H, 3 BB, 5 K) the Bombers were unable to overcome the 2 runs scored by the Cortizone in the bottom of the 9th inning.

The Bombers won their 5th straight game against the Peninsula Black Sox 14-4. This was a total team effort. The defense was solid while the offense was explosive. Please join the Bombers Sunday July 10th against the undefeated Cordizone, game time 1pm @ Crandall Field (Olympia HS).
The Bombers beat the Ruston Monarchs yesterday by a score of 16-3. The win was capped off by a stellar pitching performance by Brady Amidon and DH Dan Booze. Who hit his first career HR (3-run HR), to force a game stoppage due to the leagues 'mercy' rule.
The Bombers have a bye this weekend. We would like to wish everyone a wonderful Independence Day, and ask that you be safe while celebrating.

The Bombers pulled out a 12-5 victory today over the Auburn Cascades. The Bombers overcame defensive struggles in the first few innings, giving up 4 unearned runs. Dan Booze pitched a phenomenal game only giving up 5 hits and 1 earned run in 8 innings of work. Reid Hamblet hit a 2-run HR and Zeb Deede hit a 3-run double to lead the Bombers offense for the day.
Next game is 6/29 at 6pm @ Crandall Field (Olympia HS)
The Bombers were routed last night by a score of 13-0. Defensive miscues seemed to be the theme of the night which led to the Bombers defeat. The Bombers have this coming weekend off. We would like to wish all the dads out there a happy Fathers day, and have a safe and fun weekend.

     
  • The Bombers won again today by a score of 19-7. We would like to thank all the fans that came to the park today to celebrate our home opener. The Bombers will be back in action this Wednesday at 6pm at Bellarmine Prep HS, where they will be taking on the league leading Tacoma Cortizone. See you at the yard.
    This Sunday at 10am, the Capital City Bombers (1-1) will be hosting the visiting Peninsula Black Sox (0-3) in their home opener at Crandall Field at Olympia HS. Bring the family and friends out to support the team as there will be a kids 'dash around the bases' during the seventh inning stretch. Kids will also be able to get their photo with any of their favorite Bomber before the game. See you at the yard!
    The Bombers won in convincing fashion last night with a 13-2 blowout of the Ruston Monarchs in 5 inning. The Bombers saw stellar preferences by P Brady Amidon, 2B Lindy Scheidt, LF Zeb Deede, and 3B Kyle Miller.
    The next will be the Bombers home opener at Crandall Field (Olympia) on Saturday 6/12. First pitch is at 10 am. See you at the yard.

    Yesterdays game at Bellarmine Prep was suspended due to rain after the 4th inning with a score of 0 - 0. The game will be rescheduled or replayed at a later date.
