Bombers Continue to Lead the Way in Junior Growth

Killarney Vale has once again cemented itself as the number 1 club for Junior participation on the Central Coast.

Not without its challenges our club is extremely proud of the Culture we continue to build within our Junior program and would like to thank all our Junior Volunteers, families, and most importantly our kids for making us the Number 1 Aussie Rules Club on the Central Coast.

Culture Breeds Success.

Junior Award Winners

Killarney Vale ended a very successful 2023 junior season with a well attended presentation day at Adelaide St Oval.

A highlight of the day was Adrian 'AJ' Nigro being named Junior Clubperson of the Year. AJ is the first person to say yes when something is asked to be done. He is always asking if there's anything we need him to do. He is the first one at the ground every Sunday morning and the last to leave. He gives up time watching his daughters play on the weekend to ensure our BBQ is always cooking, that the ground for the u11s is set up or standing in as ERC. He helps out at Auskick training on Thursday arvos as well! Thanks AJ.

Other major award winners were Brady Mackay and Lucy Watson being named Junior Male & Female Players of the Year respectively whilst the Male & Female Rsing Star Awards were presented to Marley Brown and Olivia Parker. The U17's boys team was named Team of the Year

The U11 Boys Balck side finished runner up to their fellow red side in what was a high quality, high scoring match.

The U15 Boys joint venture side between Killarney Vale & Wyong were involved in a titanic battle all day before eventually going down to The Entrance Bateau Bay by 6 points.
