Ben 'Robbo' Roberts comes to us from the Sydney Premier Division and is the current Sydney AFL rep coach. This is Robbo's first season in charge of the Cup Men's team at the Bombers. He'll be looking to take the Cup team back up the pointy end of the ladder in 2026.

After guiding the Women to back-to-back Premierships in 2024 and 2025, Brad is back for another season and looking for a three-peat! The two-time premiership coach will be looking to maintain the high standard the Cup Women have set in recent years.

Life Member Brendan 'Lewy' Lewis takes the reigns for the Plate Men in 2026 for the first time and will be looking to push the team back up the ladder and compete for their first Premiership in club history.

Courtney Barnett will be leading the Plate Women for a third consecutive season and will aiming to replicate their 2025 feat of making finals, but hopefully this time walking away with a flag.
